About ARES Quest:

ARES Quest is a HIPAA compliant data portal that provides health care providers (e.g., hospitals, clinics, clinicians, etc.) with the capability to identify patients in need of a sleep study using the ARES Screener and to download ARES sleep study reports generated by the sleep center.

If you are a physician and wish to explore ARES Quest to enter a Screener or download sample reports, enter Quest with the user name "demogroup1" and the password "demo123$". Please use fictitious names as access to this site is not restricted.

If you are a patient and wish to enter responses and generate a ARES Screener report that identifies your OSA risk and OSA Severity, enter the user name "quest" and the password "ares@home" to ensure your privacy is protected.
